Orders: All garments are handcrafted to order. By placing an order, you agree to the estimated production and shipping times provided on our website.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payments: Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

Production: Time Each piece is individually handcrafted and requires approximately 4 weeks before shipment.

Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges: As each garment is handcrafted to order, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you experience any issues.

Product Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our garments, slight variations in size, color, and texture are part of the uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered defects.

Intellectual Property: All designs, photographs, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ugaréz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
