As each Ugaréz garment is made to order and handcrafted exclusively for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dianaugarez@gmail.com (or Instagram DM), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
