Every Ugaréz piece is handcrafted to order in Cusco, Peru.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

Production Time

Each garment is individually handcrafted and requires approximately 8 weeks to complete before shipping.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–8 business days, depending on your destination.

Complimentary DHL Express shipping is included with every order.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

As customs regulations vary by country, Ugaréz is unable to estimate or control these charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number by email.
